Nice productTerrible deliveryForced to take delivery on 8 th December which wasn't convenient but they didn't turn up anyway even though waited in all day . When i chased them up he told they had too many deliveries and gone straight through Somerset and gone to Torquay.Said they would deliver Sunday around 10am but didn't turn up until 1pm where they had to move a quad bike they had bought from eBay the day before to get my furniture out.So the reason I had to take delivery when they dictated and then they didnt turn up was all due to personal eBay shopping taking priority over customer service.
We have received delivery of our furniture and the driver and his son were very pleasant. I have requested an update to the larger one and the office were helpful. Please don't let me down next week guys. Thank you for the pleasant experience from start to finish.
We ordered a garden swing. They have sent three and we have sent them all back. There is very poor quality control. One had big pieces of wood missing. One had holes drilled in random places. The last one had screws drilled in random directions, poorly drilled holes and a support beam that looked like it had been hit with a hammer for half an hour. The one good thing was the guys who came to install the swing. were very professional. They arrived on time and were very understanding when we pointed out all the various problems.
What a rude man!At a good festival where Charles had his (rather poor quality) furniture, my young family and I had reached a point of saturation and felt we needed to recoup some energy for the last push before heading home. We have been thinking about getting a garden swing seat for a while, so decided to try one of these products out.My wife started to give our 6week old son a very quick top up of milk (in a very tasteful way, with a shawl wrapped around). Insead of embracing the family friendly image of a man and a wife with their two children enjoying his furniture for a moment, Charles decided to shout across "You can't feed your baby there, I need to make sales!"Whilst I understand that the furniture does belong to him, and yes people could not see the price tag of the bench whilst we were sat on it, we would not have been there for long and we had witnessed plenty of other people during the day enjoying that seat. Plus there are far more polite ways to ask, rather than making a scene! In this day and age, I am shocked at the discrimination!Needless to say, he lost our sale. But I was glad to see several other people get out of their seats and walk away too. Maybe this review will make a few more people think, especially as his existing reviews of his customer service are shocking! I think you need to work on your people skills Charles!We left the food fair at this point. It was a wonderful day apart from this sour note at the end.
Ordered square table, foot chairs, parasol and base. Was told I was fourth delivery on the van. Delivery man phoned to say he was at my house. Gate was left open as I was at work. They set it all up for me. It was lovely when I walked in from work and looked out my back window. I would really like to thank the lady on the phone in the office and the delivery man. We are so made up with our purchase and will definitely recommend your company. Worth every penny. Thank you from a very happy customer. Pauline Guthrun x
