Ordered tv online to collect from store.Waited 5 days to no avail. I was told it was lost in transit, so was advised to cancel the order and re order to have it delivered same day. It actually turned up same day.It must be easier and more efficient to order home delivery than rely on the store.

Overall a good experience, only a couple of staff on which is fine until a number of customers appear, then there is a little wait but nothing too major, the staff are polite and helpful, I think Christmas will be the true test on how it functions!
Argos now appears to be a small section of Sainsburys. This is not as convenient for me as the old location in the center of leek. It's the same layout with the standard pay and collect system. You do not need to go through the front checkouts everything is taken care of within the section.Overall its the same Argos experience.
Good parking, big aisles, service from both Argos and Sainsbury's staff was very good.
